I've always heard of the custom tailors in Bangkok and having flown from Jamaica and may be my only chance, I decided to give it a try. Having read several reviews on the top tailors we drove blindly down to Bangkok for a custom fit. Checked in on a few highend, highly rated custom tailers before we stumbled upon this gem. James greeted us with such warmth and after exchanging a few pleasantries we were hooked, i found this lacking in some of the more expensive tailors. I easily decided on 5 slim fit shirts and slim sports jacket at a reasonable charge. The selection was wide and the assistance with recommendations on style on spot. The first fitting was so well that upon final fitting no modifications needed just a perfect fit. Thanks James and Jimmy.☝ One love ~ Andrew W

Great quality and extremely affordable. I hardly ever wear suits but I decided that it was time to finally own my own suit. (Watching John Wick 1,2 and 3 had nothing to do with it) so i decided to try this place out And I have to say that i am extremely happy with it. The staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Came here on Wednesday afternoon and they had the suit ready for sizing the next day on Thursday. I was expecting a few more sessions (I still had 3 more days in bangkok so i had plenty of time) but it was 100% ready after the 3rd day. I tried to look for anything else that could be adjusted or sized again but it was perfect... I didn’t even want to take it off to be honest. Amazing!!! Will definitely come back for a second black on black suit (nothing to do with John Wick). ~ Marco z

I met James already in Germany when he was traveling to his customers and friends took me with them to meet him. The first suit and shirts were already great, so I decided to get another one when my wedding was due. As you can see the result is excellent and flying to Bangkok was totally worth it. James and his team are great. We had the first session the day we arrived in the evening and another two sessions on the third and the forth day to make my suits and my shirts fit exactly to my shape. Each time the team took the time necessary to deliver the best results even if it meant to work longer hours than the normal opening time. Thank you so much for your great work. Stumbled onto New Armani years ago on a trip to Bangkok while looking for a custom tailored suit. I was much more impressed with their cuts and styles than some of their competitors on the same street, and they also service both men and women. James' team took extremely good care of me, and within a few days had partially constructed suits for me to try, and shipped to rest home to me. Over the last five years, I have ordered over twenty articles from New Armani whenever James visits the United States. Prices are very competitive for the materials used- a custom tailored suit for roughly the same price as a high end department store suit, off the rack. Would highly recommend stopping in if you are visiting Bangkok and have at least three days so you can visit a second time. ~ Longjie D

Exceptional service, and very reasonable prices that the tailor shop is willing to work within a set budget for you. The the experience was amazing. Got my measurements picked my fabrics and what I wanted made. The personnel was very accommodating to my requests and very professional throughout the entire process. I was asked to come back for a final fitting and during that fitting I made some requests for alterations to the fit of my clothes and they were happy to accommodate me on all my request. When I received my items they were all made to my exact specifications which gave me the tailor made look while conforming to my comfort level for wearing the clothes. Tailored a suit and shirt for some upcoming functions. Was recommended by a friend and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We were served by Jimmy and he walked us through the process methodically. At no point in time did we feel rushed or pressured. He made sound suggestions and gave advice when sought. We came for 2 fittings and the convenient location made it a breeze to get to. Minimal adjustments were required and the suit was ready in 4 days. During collection day, James threw in a free tie and even though it was FOC, Jimmy meticulously helped to select a suitable one. New Armani Tailor is the place to be if you’re looking to suit up. James (owner) is very knowledgeable and sharp in his assessment of my sizing and recommendations that he has provided are SPOT ON. Not forgetting his Team has also provided very good advice to me as well. Their Tailoring SKILL is FANTASTIC and Very PRECISE, the suit fits perfectly well on my body. I’m very surprised that they can come up with the suit in 2.5 days as I only had 4 days in Bangkok yet not compromising on quality. Walked into their shop in May 2015. 2 days later left with a new suit and a few shirts. Was so impressed with their service, attitude, quality of the product and professionalism that I ordered another suit which they prepared for me overnight. Just returned from Bangkok and bought another 2 suits and 4 shirts from them. In the past I have spent a lot of money on quality suits and shirts. After getting suits and shirts made from New Armani, this is the only place I will ever go to. Bangkok has a lot of tailors and I have used several of them in the past but nothing beats the quality and service of New Armani. Jimmy and James are both an absolute pleasure to work with. I had 2.5 days in Bangkok back in April. I had never bought custom made suits and shirts so wasn’t too sure what to expect. James and his crew were AWESOME from start to finish. They’re all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the latest trend and fashion. The 3 full suits and 3 custom shirts were done in literally 2 days! It was incredible. They had mine mailed back to the States so I didn’t have to squeeze it in my bag also! I’m currently in contact with James again for sports coats and more custom shirts. He’s be extremely helpful, as always, with me in the states and him in Bangkok. I won’t go anywhere else for my suits, shirts and jacket needs. Having first been recommended New Armani by a friend in Thailand nearly 6 years ago, I have always been highly impressed by the level of service from all the staff and the quality of their tailoring. I have always used New Armani for my suits, business shirts, and other items over the years I have also recommended them to friends, family, and others who have visited Thailand and who have always received the same, exceptional standards from start to finish. I have just picked up a beautiful new suite and 5 business shirts, tailored to perfection, at a reasonable price. UPDATE: I just received my latest rounds of suits, sport coats and shirt and they’re amazing. Happy I found New Armani years ago and I’m able to still get great quality clothes and customer service. Still a happy customer. I bought my first two suits from James while vacationing in Bangkok. I receive compliments every time I’m wearing one of the suits. Miraculously, James reached out to me years later and said he would be in the states and that’s what has accelerated our relationship. His annual visits to the states allow me to see new styles and make new purchases. Casual to formal wardrobe has been accomplished thanks to him. It’s been 6 years since I purchased my first two suits and they still look great. High quality work for those first two suits and all of my other subsequent purchases. ~ Patrick E

I found this place by searching for tailors when my wife and I were in Bangkok. New Armani was one of the highest rated that I found and I can see why. When we arrived we were greeted by Jack who was very helpful from the start. I wasn’t totally sure what I was looking for or how much I really wanted to spend. Jack helped me with everything and didn’t try to upsell me ever. They have really premium materials as well as the more standard material. Jack walked me through all of it and helped me figure out the style I wanted. My wife and I went on the rest of our trip to Thailand and came back to Bangkok about a week later to find my suit, sport coat, and shirt ready for me. Decided to check out this tailor shop after my suits have all worn out during my recent trip to Bangkok. Found this place as per my friend recommendation. The place is not hard to find. Just below BTS Nana station. Reach the place around noon. Attended by Mr Raj. He is very experience and very attentive to my request. After choosing the right clothing material as per his suggestion, immediately we proceed with body measurements and I was told to try out the first adjustment that evening itself. I am happy with the quick service. That evening, further customisation was made on my suit and after finalize all, I was able to pick up my suit the next day evening itself. Overall, the process was smooth. Price wise, depends on the clothing material you choose. I would say the price is reasonable. I would definitely come back again next time! ~ Jenson S

I was back at New Armani recently, on a Saturday to alter the 2 jackets I tailored in 2022. Jack attended to me again and assured me the jackets would be ready the next day as I needed them to attend an event in Bangkok. They were ready as promised and now they fit perfectly well. I also made a full tuxedo suit. Sunil measured me and advised me on the design of the tuxedo jacket, pants and dress shirt and even the shirt buttons. The tuxedo suit fitted very well. Communication via WhatsApp was very easy and the team is very responsive and service oriented. We have tailored many suits and shirts at New Armani and have always been happy with their finished product and service. Price is also reasonable. Highly recommended. ~ M L
